Refund Policy

TweetPipe Pro is a monthly subscription at $4/month. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
• No further charges will be made.

Since TweetPipe offers a generous free tier that lets you evaluate the Service before upgrading, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, we understand that circumstances vary.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund — for example, due to a billing error or a significant service outage — please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and respond promptly.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through their system. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve issues quickly and directly.
