Terms of Service

By accessing or using TweetPipe at tweetpipe.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

TweetPipe is operated by TweetPipe ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or through a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

TweetPipe is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) that forwards posts from public X/Twitter accounts, Truth Social profiles, and Telegram channels into Telegram destinations chosen by the user. The Service downloads media and delivers it natively into Telegram, with configurable filters and formatting rules.

You may create an account using an email address or through Telegram Login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Free plan provides limited channels and sources. The Pro plan ($4/month) provides higher limits and additional platform support.

Plan limits and pricing may change. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on their subscription.

Payments for the Pro plan are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing to Pro, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Forward content that is illegal, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to redistribute
• Spam, harass, or distribute unsolicited bulk content via Telegram
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service for any purpose prohibited by X/Twitter, Telegram, or Truth Social's own terms of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

The content forwarded through TweetPipe originates from third-party platforms (X/Twitter, Truth Social, Telegram). We do not claim ownership of that content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of forwarded content complies with the originating platform's terms and applicable copyright law.

All TweetPipe branding, code, and original content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with any particular use case.

Third-party platform changes (e.g. API restrictions by X or Telegram) may affect the Service's functionality at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee continued operation of all features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetPipe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

Upon termination, your data (channels, routes, forwarding history) will be deleted. Active Pro subscriptions will be cancelled and will not be refunded for partial billing periods unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where TweetPipe's operator is based. Billing-related disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record under their terms of service.
